Seriously tasty and spicy with medium viscosity.
I've used it for the usual stuff, plus a veggie dip and a soft-boiled egg and cheese snack.
As a certified BBQ judge, I have tasted this flavor profile on competition BBQ. It is an excellent sauce to complement pork ribs and pulled pork. The sauce is on the sweeter side, but not in the tomato based Kansas City style. I prefer the taste of smoked meat, not smoke flavor in the sauce, but the smoke level in Sgt Harts is not objectionable. I think a smoke free version would be even better.
