Recipe: Plant-Based BBQ Tofu Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup Que Queen’s Jammin’ Reduced Sugar BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 small corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced red onion, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions:
