Crispy Thanksgiving Eggrolls with BBQ Cranberry Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Leftover protein, chopped
  • Cornbread dressing (or stuffing)
  • Veggies
  • Mac and Cheese
  • SGT Hart’s BBQ Sauce (for brushing the inside of the eggrolls)
  • Eggroll wrappers
  • Cranberry sauce (for the dipping sauce)
  • SGT Hart’s BBQ Sauce (to mix into the dipping sauce

 

Cooking Steps:

  1.  Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix your chopped protein with some of SGT Hart’s BBQ Sauce for extra flavor. Layer the protein with cornbread dressing, veggies, and mac & cheese to create the filling.
  2. Roll the Eggrolls: Lay out your eggroll wrapper, add a scoop of the protein and cornbread mixture, and roll it up tightly.
  3. Fry or Bake: Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy or bake them if you prefer a lighter option.
  4. Make the Dipping Sauce: Mix cranberry sauce with a bit of SGT Hart’s BBQ Sauce for a tangy, sweet dip.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve the eggrolls hot with your cranberry BBQ dipping sauce on the side!
