- 1 cup vegetable broth
For the sweet glaze:

Instructions:
-
Prepare the rib base:
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu block into desired rib-shaped pieces.

- Gradually add the vegetable broth to the dry ingredients, stirring well until a dough-like consistency is formed.

-
Steam the ribs:
- Place the shaped rib portions on a steamer tray or a heatproof dish lined with parchment paper.
- Steam the ribs for about 20 minutes, allowing them to firm up and cook through.
-
Preheat the oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Glaze and bake the ribs:
- Place the steamed ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush your favorite Que Queen's Jammin' Reduced Sugar Sauce flavor as a glaze generously onto both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the glaze caramelizes slightly and the ribs develop a nice crust.
-
Serve and enjoy:
- Remove the vegan sweet ribs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
