Instructions:
-
Season the Chicken: Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts.
-
Sauté the Veggies: In a large pot or slow cooker, sauté sliced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
-
Cook the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken breasts and chicken broth to the pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker or 1-2 hours on the stovetop until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
-
Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together SGT. Hart’s BBQ Sauce, apple cider vinegar.
-
Mix and Heat: Add the shredded chicken back into the pot and pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir well and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to blend.
-
Prep the Buns: While the chicken is simmering, lightly toast the slider buns.
-
Assemble the Sliders: Scoop generous portions of the BBQ pulled chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with coleslaw and pickles if you're feeling fancy.
-
Serve and Celebrate: Place the top half of the bun on each slider and serve immediately. Voila! You've got a tray of mouthwatering BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders that will be the hit of any gathering.
