Mak's Meatloaf

SGT. Hart's BBQ Hamburger Recipe for Meatloaf, Meatballs, or Hamburgers

Servings: 4 burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 packet of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/4 cup SGT. Hart's BBQ Sauce, plus extra for serving.
  • Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Mix: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, Beefy Onion Soup Mix, crushed pork rinds, and SGT. Hart's BBQ Sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Shape each part into a quarter-pound patty.

  3. Cook the Burgers: Heat a grill or frying pan to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill or pan, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. Assemble the Burgers: Place the cooked patties on burger buns, add a generous helping of SGT. Hart's BBQ Sauce, and layer with your favorite toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles.

  5. Serve: Enjoy your delicious SGT. Hart's BBQ Burgers with a side of fries or a fresh salad.
